Rotary Club of Waterford Valley members Douglas Manstan (left) and Robert Parsons (right) joined the likes of Mother Thresea, Nelson Mandela, King Charles, and Pope John Paul II last week when they were awarded Paul Harris Fellows recognition. The recognition is given to members in recognition of their service to the club and the community at large. The club currently boasts a number of Paul Harris Fellows, and President Rick Tiller (centre) said he is hopeful that by the club’s 50th anniversary in two years time, all 19 members will be able to claim the recognition.
