Grand opening for new Gloria Pearson playground

The City of Mount Pearl hosted a grand opening for the new Gloria Pearson playground last week, complete with free hot dogs and hamburgers for all. There was plenty to do and plenty of new playground equipment to play on, but sometimes the best thing to do is sit back and relax. Pictured is Jessica Rockwood and daughter Rosa doing just that.
